Grilling them will be easy with a Palazzetti barbecue; with this kitchen ally a great result is guaranteed every time.

Farro salad with grilled peaches, green beans and Stracciatella cheese- the summer recipe


  • 200 g precooked farro
  • 3 peaches
  • Misticanza as desired
  • 200 g steamed green beans
  • 1 avocado
  • lemon juice as desired
  • 200g of Burrata Stracciatella cheese
  • A few basil leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar as desired


  1. Start with the star ingredient of this summer salad: the peaches. Cut into slices.
  2. Transfer them to the barbecue grill and cook them on both sides, turning them occasionally until they take on the typical streaks that hold the smoky flavour which is perfect for this recipe. This should take about 3 minutes per side.
  3. While the peaches are cooking, prepare the salad. In a bowl, mix the pre-cooked farro, Misticanza, steamed green beans and chopped avocado.
  4. Dress with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar and a few drops of lemon juice.
  5. When the peach slices are grilled to perfection, add them to the summer salad.
  6. Finish the salad with the Straciatella, a final drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a few leaves of fresh basil.
