Good food, games, laughter, friends and family: in two words our Family Day, now in its 15th year.
This 2023 the gods were on our side and gifted us beautiful sunshine as well as a record attendance: around 370 people celebrated with us, 50 of them part of our staff!
Every year – since 2017 – Family Day has been an established event in our company, a day dedicated to our employees, their families and friends. And what could be more family-friendly than a relaxing barbecue all together?
Once again we unleashed our barbecues (even the brand new Oreste!) and fielded our trusted chefs to the grills! The rest of the precious staff, including our newest recruits (the children of our employees!), took care of serving drinks, welcoming guests and so much more.
New this year was a small trip to Europe, to bring us even closer to our French and German partners. From Germany we tasted Bratwurst (Bavarian white sausages), Kartoffelsalat (potato salad) and traditional sauerkraut. On the French stand, we prepared tasty buckwheat crepes filled with spinach and cheese, and mini cheese quiches.
Throughout the day we organised activities for everyone: entertainment with games and a face painting area for the little ones, a tour of the plant for the curious and DJ sets for all ages.
We concluded our Family Day by thanking our super staff and renewing our invitation for next year: we are already looking forward to it!
